Sandy was referred through the USAA Movers Advantage Program to sell our home since we were interested in upgrading to a bigger place in October 2014. She was very responsive and showed us some homes that met our criteria. A couple of weeks later, we had some personal life stuff that got in the way and we had to cancel our plans to sell our home and buy a new one. Fast forward to March 2015, I got news that I was transferring out of state to Texas on short notice. We reached back out to Sandy because of the good experience we had the first time with her and wow did she exceed our expectations. She handled everything for us while we were already moved long distance and was confident our place would sell quickly, and just over a month later it did! But that wasn’t the reason why we really feel Sandy went above and beyond. When we left we had a painter redo our home, well needless to say he did a poor job. I reached out to the painter and demanded he go back and fix the problems, but since I was not there to inspect the work Sandy went out of her way to let him in and then go back and check on him. A couple of weeks later I asked Sandy if she could check if we had any pending mail left for us and she did it without any hesitation and mailed it to us. These types of things made her stand out from good to great! Thanks Sandy for all the hard work and helping us sell our home quickly!
